About the event
Intuitive Energy Worker, Dawn Duffy will guide you through this wonderful evening. Â She will teach you some tools to calm and reset your Central Nervous system. Â She will lead a guided meditation for peace and light. She will serenade with the healing vibrations of her Crystal Singing Bowls. Finally, she will guide you as you join together to create a beautiful Flower Mandala.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort, and flowers to share for the mandala. Â Pre-registration is required. Â Cost is $35
