Can you pause to take a breath? Dawn Duffy, Intuitive Energy Healer will guide us through an aromatic meditation to bring us into peace and calm. We will identify and release emotional tensions held in the body. We will diffuse essential oils and you will experience the beautiful vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Tips:
- Dress comfortably
- Yoga mat or blanket pallet
- Bring a light throw (your body temp drops in meditation)
